The Workhorse Sports Performance Training System is our proprietary methodology that has proven results for youth from age 7 to 18 and beyond. Our sports training programs are available in Sussex County and focus on speed, strength, agility, and conditioning.

Fast Track

Focused on young athletes from ages 6 – 9, this small group program sets the foundation for success in any sport by focusing on speed, agility, and overall coordination.

Middle School

Focused on athletes from ages 10-13, this small group program focuses on the techniques used in speed, agility, change of direction, and strength to maximize improvements in athletic performance.

High School

Focused on athletes from ages 14+, this small group program focuses on the techniques used in speed, agility, change of direction, and strength to maximize improvements in athletic performance.

PEAK 90

Focused on the elite College, College Bound, high-level athletes, this individualized coaching program focuses on individual needs, goals, and improvements needed to complete in his/her specific sport at a competitive level.

Personal Training

Personal training sessions would be the perfect solution. Workhorse coaches will at times recommend personal training sessions to an athlete who would benefit from some one-on-one coaching to break a particular barrier of work very specifically on a weak area.

Adult Training

Everyday, we set out to try and live an active, fun, fulfilling life. We spend time with our friends and family. We look to learn something new, experience something different, set out on an exciting adventure.
