Personal Training
Workhorse offers personal one-on-one sessions for individuals for a variety of reasons. For example, it may be that an athlete wants to take his/her game to the next level and wants more specific, personal attention, or it could be for the child that is experiencing lower self-esteem and has initial fears about being in a group training setting. Personal training sessions would be the perfect solution. Workhorse coaches will at times recommend personal training sessions to an athlete that would benefit from some one-on-one coaching to break a particular barrier of work very specifically on a weak area. These personal sessions would augment the regular training class schedule. Our coaches have experienced great success in working with athletes one-on-one to help them reach their personal goals. Workhorse coaches will always focus on the individual athlete’s needs and help push them to greater heights in performance!
