      My son has been working with coach Vicky for almost 5 years now. She has been instrumental in his running form development and we can easily tell her training has made a difference when compared to other athletes my son competes with. I would highly recommend Vicky for private speed training as she will put in the drills and work to teach your young athlete how to run.

      Workhorse is a great place for any athlete trying to get stronger, faster, and more fit. It has shaped me into the athlete I am today and I could not being playing at the level I am now without this training. It has prepared me for the college level and every level before that! I am excited to keep training at Workhorse and working towards becoming the best athlete I can! The trainers are great and extremely supportive.       Workhouse is a place that turns good athletes to great athletes. As someone who currently goes there I can say without a doubt that it is one of my favorite places to be. I have learned a lot from Vicky, John, and Mike. They have taught me how to get faster and stronger. At workhorse they teach you important techniques and forms when it comes to lifting and running. When I first came to workhorse I could barley lift past 200 pounds on the trap bar, and after only a few months I am in the 300’s. I would highly recommend Workhorse Sports Performance.

They have helped push me through my athletic career and helped spark my passion for lifting.       I have been working with the trainers at Workhorse for almost a decade and I would not trade that time for anything. The facility offers everything you could need in a Sports Performance center, and the trainers are top tier. Workhorse has helped me immensely not just as an athlete but as a man and a friend.
